I agree too. I guess you wouldn't have...Hahaha. I agree too. I guess you wouldn't have a very good time driving around LA. I've become so used to the traffic. You HAVE to let people in at the same time that you have to be agressive.

The other day, I was driving home from the rehab center where my gpa was staying. It was just after 5pm and we are 20 min (without traffic) from home. But, of course, we left when the traffic is at it's worst. So I'm at this stop sign where there are SOOOO many cars. All I want to do is cross the intersection to the other side, but my lane is backed up because there is a stoplight up ahead and for the most part, it feels like it's always red. So everytime it SHOULD be my turn to cross the intersection, someone is super agressive and turns in front of me, blocking the intersection for everyone. So when I let the intersection empty, I try to go again, only to have someone else turn. Seriously, I'm a pretty aggressive driver. I don't just lie back and let everyone in, but it seriously took me FIVE minutes to get across the intersection of a STOP SIGN. Can you believe it? I'm a pretty patient person, but you better believe it took us 1 1/2 hours to get home. It always makes me sad. BUT, there is HO...I agree. It always makes me sad. BUT, there is HOPE. Today I needed to get over to get off the freeway. I put my blinker on expecting a full-fledged battle of having to squeeze in with mean drivers and guess what happened? A guy in a big ol truck not only slowed down to let me in, but flashed his lights at me to let me know I was safe to go. And it did make my day, just like you said!

Jonathon talks about how great WA drivers are allll the time. I'm sorry for you two - you must miss it dearly.Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12512783704197993390noreply@blogger.com
