5 miles...

I thought I was so cool in HIgh School when I completed the 1 mile jog in gym class. Now, not so much. I'm definitely getting older and my body is lacking in the hormone that is produced to keep the pounds away. A mile won't cut it for me anymore. Now, I have to work that much harder when I've consumed 8 chocolate covered macadamia nuts, a loaf of banana bread, and let's not forget my favorite dish, 4 slices of pizza. That is my junkiest meal yet. Maybe I'm pregnant, I dont know. But, I have been eating my face in, much more than I'd usually allow. Not sure. But, I have decided to begin the goal setting. I'm changing my diet around and plan to exercise at least 5 days a week. Let's hope I follow through. Today I'm beginning the day by running 5 miles. I've only done it once, and let me tell you...it hurt like a mother. I couldn't walk for 3 days after that episode. But, hey. Things might be different this round. I'm off to hit the treadmill. Peace out.

But MAN, those macadamia nuts sure were worth it. :) except for dad ate my last one :( I was saving it, and then I came back to mom & dad's to find my box in the garbage. I was seriously saddened.

hahahaha. dad would. what a hungry man. that is so sad. I would have given you my last macadamia nut, just because you are worth it.

Are you nauseated? I can't believe you didn't email Dad and I about your blog!

I don't think those choc covered macadamia nuts could ever possibly make me feel nauseated. I could eat 2 boxes without feeling it's affects. Exaggeration. But, you get my point. They're good stuff. I've had this blog for over a year. I'm just barely getting in the groove of actually posting the haps in my life. :D
