I'm Crazy

I have decided to run a marathon and I have also come to the conclusion that I am crazy. One day, I was running on the treadmill, watching who knows what on the television, and couldn't stop running. I got to three miles and I said to myself, "Just keep running, just keep running, stop at 4 miles." And, when I hit my goal of 4 miles, I would set another goal and run a few more miles. SO, I finally hit the 7 mile mark, due to a little blister in the ball of my foot, I won't run without mole skin anymore. I'm sure my feet/toes will be bleeding after this endeavor. I think it will be worth it, in my opinion. This is about when I reckoned I ought to just run the whole thang. 26.9399384394730979734 miles.... should be a PRETTY good day! I'm planning to run it with my pal, Jule Brown Bagley, which will definitely help and make it loads of fun. I don't think I could do it alone. I tried convincing Will to run it with me, but God made that boy smart, because he ran for the hills once he sensed my conniving affects on him to join me in this marathon adventure. Pssh. I'm glad for Julie, she's the bombshnizzle, I speak nothing but the troof. (slang word for truth.) All in all, this should be a hard, but rewarding trip. This is going to be my schedule for the upcoming weeks. I forgot to mention that I'll be running a half-marathon June 11th, so this is the schedule I'm going by currently. That's all.

Marci, so glad you found my blog! also, which marathon are you doing? i'm planning on doing the st. george with claire and sara (or so she says, we'll see how much training she can get in on the mish). my fiance doug is running it too although he will likely leave me in the dust (he says he won't but yeah right.) lastly, i like the picture of you guys at the top of your blog, especially the random girl staring at you in the background, haha.

Julie-Bo-Bulie-JULIE: So I agree, I think we should run the long runs together on Saturday. Want to do it this saturday or were you planning on doing the Rex Lee Run, I dont think we're going to BEar Lake until later that day. I've been slacking on our running time, Tues and Thurs. Bussy few weeks. BUt, should die down soon. Let me know what you want to do. I can't wait to actually run a long run with you!

Marisa!!! You found me too. I'm happy for you woman. I'm training and running with Julie (she wrote the comment above yours--Downtown--Also werent you two in the same ward together at the same time?!?), but I dont think we've decided on a specific marathon. Did you sign up for St. George already because we tallked about running it, but its ridiculous to sign up or something because it's random pick. Anywho, that's cool you're running with Claire and Sara, when is it? Oh, and when are you getting married. YOu and Rebecca are gettin hitched, yay. It's weird, I see Rebecca and her fiancee EVERYWHERE, but I dont think she remembers me. Heh. THis is super loooong. But, I've missed you so, who cares!

Yes I know Julie, she was my relief society president! also for st. george... i signed up for this thing called the runner series where if you ran two st. george area races you automatically get in to st. george! just me and doug did it, though, so claire and sara will still be at the mercy of the lottery pick. anyway, it's i believe the 1st weekend in October. it always falls on conference weekend. oh, and i am getting married april 24th up in the idaho falls temple! can't wait!
