food poisoning vs. stomach flu
Which one of these caused me to feel like a truck is sitting on my stomach? I ate at Magleby's Fresh last night because it sits directly across from my work and I didn't have time to fix dinner from home-Shame on me. So, I ordered the BBQ Chicken Salad. I went to bed feeling uneasy. I woke up, saying, "I don't feel so good!" Rushed myself to the bathroom. I've been sipping 7-up, Gatorade, and nibbling on some soda crackers. Not my kind of gourmet meal. But, I still don't know if this was the stomach flu or food poisoning. Symptoms are pretty similar. Any who. I'm starting to feel like a normal human being. Thank goodness.

well they say that food poisoning happens within 8 hours of eating whatever poisons you. so... that's my vote. get well soon!
Zach and I had the same thing happen to us last week. We ate at Subway and then that night and next day we were throwing up and sick to our stomachs too. Food poison/flu is the worst. It is NO fun. I am glad that you are feeling better.
Thanks friends! The more I think about it, the more I conclude that it was food poisoning. Which I prefer over the stomach flu. I know one thing is for sure, I definitely don't appreciate being healthy as much as I should!

Food poisoning is way worse than the flu. It effects your entire digestive tract; if you're throwing up, gassy, and having diarrhea, it's poison. The up side is that poisoning usually only lasts for 48hrs.
I'm so sorry you're sick. Either way it sucks. :(
